Is my donation safe and secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-leading 256-bit SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS Level 1 standards. All payment information is processed through trusted, secure gateways. We never store sensitive payment data on our servers.

What's the minimum donation amount?

There is no minimum — you can donate from as little as 1 in any currency. Every contribution, no matter the size, creates measurable impact in our communities.

Can I get a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes! We're registered with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and provide official receipts within 24 hours of donation. For international donors, we provide documentation for your records.

How much actually goes to programs?

95% of every donation goes directly to impact programs. Only 5% covers administrative and verification costs. Every transaction is tracked, audited, and publicly reported.

Can I cancel monthly donations?

Yes, anytime. Simply email us at info@stevethami.org or manage your subscription in your donor dashboard. No penalties. No questions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Paystack, and wire transfers. All online card payments are secured by Paystack.
